The Forks Inn offers 5 beautiful guest rooms with million dollar views. Located atop Kelly Mountain, just outside of Elkins, off Rt. 33. All rooms have recently been completely renovated and feature new Serta beds, new down-alternative bedding, new flooring, new fixures and are decorated with casual, mountain decor. Corporate and long-term rates are available.

~ Cream of wild mushroom with sour cream and fried mushrooms. 6

~ Beef Wellington Wontons – Fried pastry filled with beef, mushrooms, herbs and spices. Served with cabernet demi-glace and lemon tarragon aioli. 18

~ Shrimp and crab croquets with lobster sauce and chives. 21

~ Mixed green salad with oven roasted tomatoes, feta cheese and soy nuts. Choice of blue cheese, balsamic or oil and vinegar dressings. 8

Mains

~ Grilled pork medallions with apple walnut chutney, madeira demi-glace sweet potato puree. 26

~ Grilled flat iron steak with our house rub, pancetta tomato butter and cabernet demi-glace. 29

~ Pan seared Salmon with a sesame soy butter cream and fried basmati rice. 32

~ Penne with BBQ chicken, onions and mushrooms in a cilantro cream with parmesan and chorizo. 18

~ Vegetarian delight – Fava bean stew with fried bulgur wheat and lentil cake with roasted zucchini and squash. 20
