The Forks Inn offers 5 beautiful guest rooms with million dollar views. Located atop Kelly Mountain, just outside of Elkins, off Rt. 33. All rooms have recently been completely renovated and feature new Serta beds, new down-alternative bedding, new flooring, new fixures and are decorated with casual, mountain decor. ~ Coconut fritters with grilled curried dill shrimp, creamy coleslaw and lemon garlic aioli. 20

~ Caprese – Sliced heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese, basil oil, balsamic syrup, sea salt and cracked pepper. 16

~ Mixed green salad with oven roasted tomatoes, feta cheese and soy nuts. Choice of blue cheese, balsamic or oil and vinegar dressings. 8

Mains

~ Grilled filet of beef tenderloin with our house rub, chanterelle mushrooms, bacon butter and port wine demi-glace (pictured). 38

~ Herb marinated chicken breast, grilled and topped with chorizo, sun dried tomatoes and basil cream. 21

~ Smoked pulled pork with veal demi-glace, cheesy grits, BBQ aioli and fresh chow chow. 16

~ Pan seared sesame crusted mahi-mahi with lemon chili honey glaze, soy rice and julienne vegetables. 33

~ Pasta du jour – Spinach fettuccine with sautéed shrimp, roasted peppers and carrots in a dill cream with parmesan. 23

~ Vegetarian – Grilled portabella mushroom, roasted onion, braised spinach, provolone, parmesan, sweet potato coleslaw, roasted corn sauce, parsley crème fraiche and chili oil. 23
