The Forks Inn offers guests the unique opportunity to experience the confluence of Highland hospitality and comfort.

The Forks Inn offers 5 beautiful guest rooms with million dollar views. Located atop Kelly Mountain, just outside of Elkins, off Rt. 33. All rooms have recently been completely renovated and feature new Serta beds, new down-alternative bedding, new flooring, new fixures and are decorated with casual, mountain decor. Corporate and long-term rates are available.

Starters

~ Crab stuffed mushrooms – Baked mushroom caps filled with crab and bread crumbs topped with melted cheese. Served with roasted pepper cream and lime coleslaw. 21

~ Soup Du Jour – cream of roasted five onion with fresh herbs. 8

~ Caprese – Sliced heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese, basil oil, balsamic syrup, sea salt and cracked pepper. 16

~ Mixed green salad with oven roasted tomatoes, feta cheese and soy nuts. Choice of blue cheese, balsamic or oil and vinegar dressings. 8

Mains

~ Grilled filet of beef tenderloin with our house rub, tomato confit, merlot demi-glace and herb compound butter (pictured). 36

~ Sautéed chicken breast with wild mushrooms and white wine herb cream sauce. 22

~ Pasta Du Jour ~ Fresh short rib ravioli with roasted peppers, and wild mushrooms in a BBQ cilantro cream sauce with parmesan. 24

~ Beef burgundy over cheesy thyme grits with fresh chow chow. 16

~ Grilled Mahi Mahi with chili butter, lime aioli, carrot coleslaw and toasted almond rice. 33

~ Vegetarian – Crispy corn rice cakes, falafel, tzatziki, tahini sauce, couscous and root vegetable coleslaw. 24

~ Slow roasted lightly smoked prime rib au jus with
horseradish cream sauce (limited quantity). 36
